“I went here a few years ago for a chronic shoulder issue. Definitely learned a lot of techniques/strengthening exercises from Daryl & other trainers. Now I use at my gym. I'm about to recommend them to my neighbor who has some knee issues from sports. These guys and the doctors next door treat a lot of top athletes. You can't substitute the equipment & knowledge they have.“
