“I’m a personal trainer at Bay Club Pleasanton and had injured my knee training outside the gym. Walking into work the following day Dr. Sanchez noticed I was favoring my left leg and asked if I had possibly injured my meniscus. As this was not my first meniscus injury I agreed with Dr. Sanchez in that I had likely damaged some of my meniscus. Dr. Sanchez asked if I would like to have some recovery work done. “That would be great if you have time” is said, his response was “l’ll make time.” I was truly taken back by his gesture.<br><br>We started with an evaluation of my current condition (range of motion and pain) at that moment range was about 25% and pain was about 6/7 out of 10.<br><br>Dr Sanchez performed focal electro shock treatment paired with EMF and red light therapy. After that he treated the neighboring tissue with fascia scraping and deep tissue massage.<br><br>We then retested range of motion and pain. Range had restored back to base line approximately 90% and pain was 1/2 out of 10. I was absolutely amazed and deeply thankful.<br><br>Top class treatments and exceptional knowledge…could not recommend higher!”
