“We needed shared fence built because the posts on the existing had cracked. We called for an estimate and the following day Mario was out to give us a quote. He was professional and personable. He took the time to speak with our neighbors and explained our options. We agreed on using steel posts. Mario made what could have been awkward into a fun amicable agreement. The crew arrived on time and the tear down and new fence were done by 2:30. They are quick and accurate, building the fence with precision. It looks magnificent! “We worked with Landscape Experts Inc (LEI) to revitalize our wild yard, cutting back swaths of overgrowth and transforming it with a variety of beautiful California native plants and nine fruit trees. They also carved out a lovely hillside with custom stairs, a spacious terrace, and game trails perfect for enjoying the view. LEI works with YesPlease.Garden (YPG) who managed the design process and Fresh Coat Restoration who completed the new fence. The partnerships were well integrated and it felt like working with a single team. See my Google Maps review for more on YPG. We are very happy with our project and would recommend LEI because they were professional, courteous, reliable, and provided clear and upfront pricing. Documenting decisions in writing proved helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. Any problems we had were resolved fairly, such as correcting the direction of our stairs. Aaron is a man of his word but prefers to conduct most of his business through texting. We first contacted LEI and they promptly scheduled a time to visit our property with YPG to see what was possible within the budget we set out. We completed the design with YPG and LEI scheduled a time for the project demolition. A later approximate time for planting was set, but that was dependent on the availability of the various plants we had selected. Everything scoped in the design was completed within the budget and any add-ons we later requested were priced separately and fairly.“

“OMG! This company is the best. They have an excellent representative (Ron). I can't say enough about his professionalism. He is honest as the day is long and delivers on his promises. I had multiple quotes with other companies...and when we were finished going over the job I knew without a doubt that they were leaving out portion of the "scope of work" that I would have paid extra for at the end of the job. We had both the front and back yard completely changed with a focus on reducing our lawn area and increasing our planting areas. The design process was very collaborative and creative. The scope included both soft scaping for plants and hard scaping for walkways and patio area. Frans was our principle contact and he has a fantastic knowledge of plants and helped select the right plants to place according to our liking and appropriate to the sun, soil, and environmental conditions. Also a key point is that they had their team on the job every day from the day-one start to the end of the job with no gaps or delays. Every day they showed up on time / even early, and worked a full day without fail. If you are considering landscaping work I recommend them highly.“

She took into account our desire for low maintenance, drought tolerance, mostly native plants, and some turf, as well as the handful of existing features that should stay. Then she quickly turned it into a beautiful custom landscape design, with detailed plans.When Kerri Landscaping (her recommendation) implemented the plan, they had to change almost nothing. A few minor position issues to keep the arbor away from the house and adjust the re-purposed concrete for the retaining wall. For a project of this size, which took about 750 hours of labor, that's incredible foresight. “Black Diamond Pavers gave us a really attractive and well-built patio and walkway with which we are thrilled. The walkway especially elevated the side yard from a rocky and mulchy mess to a clean entry and walkway to the back yard. It really has made a difference in our experience using these areas that were hard to enjoy or walk around. We no longer track muck or sticky tree fruits through our sunroom which is huge!

We love it and are grateful for the installation team for doing a really good job, especially with troubleshooting the strangeness of some aspects of the areas they pavered.

There were some things that didn't go as expected, but, the company did their best to rectify which made up for it. Peter takes clients' satisfaction seriously! The issues weren't anything to do with the quality of installation or the end result, either.

Unfortunately, the face of the building is NOT the customer entrance, and only after seeing the front door sign did I recognize where I should have parked and entered.Friendly people once inside the building. “I recently had this company check out my waterfall that seemed to have a leak and not hold water. They found the problem within 30 minutes and did an amazing job fixing the leak. They also pressure washed everything and it looks great. I highly recommend this company as they seem to be very competent and their prices are very fair.
