“Steve/ Tri-Valley Construction was excellent and I’d comfortably give them 5 stars. A few things stood out in particular:
1. Pre-project consultation: Before we signed, they spent time walking through the scope, explaining the process, and setting realistic expectations for a structural remodel. That helped a lot since it was our first time doing something of this scale.
2. Clear short-term planning: During the project they regularly gave us a heads-up on what to expect over the next 2–3 days, which made it much easier to plan around construction and avoid surprises.
3. Daily progress updates: They were very good about reviewing progress and keeping us informed on what was completed and what was coming next.
4. Strong local supplier connections: They seem to have good relationships with local building supply stores, which helped with sourcing materials quickly and avoiding delays.
For context, our project was a ~500 sq ft addition along with a whole house remodel, so it was a fairly involved structural project
Overall, they worked very well with the plans and handled execution smoothly. The team was responsive, practical, and easy to work with throughout the project.”
