“waited for ever for someone to show up to the gate but once we got in I was hooked honestly didnt expect the trails to be so well maintained and the views from the ridge were insane so many wildflowers still blooming which was a suprise for late season they also have this little creek spot that is perfect for cooling off after hiking up the big hill

the only thing that bugged me was the restroom situation because there is literally only one portapotty near the parking lot and it was kind of gross in there

definately worth the drive though if you want a chill afternoon walk with a killer payoff at the top, I came back two days in a row to catch the sunset“
