My mom cracked the screen on her iPhone 7 Plus and I contacted about 20 different phone repair places for an estimate on how much it'd cost to get it fixed. Almost every single place wanted to charge me twice as much as LT Wireless which is ridiculous considering how old the phone is.

The shop is run by a husband and wife team and they were efficient. I'm very glad that they were able to keep the price that they promised me over the phone. They said it was going to take about 20 minutes so I went to eat breakfast with my family and came back.

Considering how amazingly they fixed my mom's phone screen, my sister wanted to come back to have them fix the buttons on her iPhone 8 Plus. Not only were they able to fix it within 30-40 minutes, but the cost was unbeatable as well.

“Casey is awesome, knowledgable and has incredible customer service!! Last month at Disneyland, my wife's phone somehow got water inside the case, and the water fried the display. We were obviously in a bind because you don't exactly have a lot of options when you're staying at a hotel and at the mercy of maximizing a 3-Day Disney pass. I called Casey, and he walked me through what was most likely wrong with the phone. He had a lot of expertise and was easy to talk with. He didn't try to oversell me anything. We set up a time when I could walk over from our hotel to the store, and he met me there in a timely fashion. In 15 minutes, he diagnosed what was wrong with the phone and showed me several reasons why it had happened. Casey then offered to do an LCD swap on the phone. He had a lot of products in stock, but he was out of my wife's screen and told me that he would have to go pick up the part in another city to install it later. I figured this would take at least a day since he had to drive half an hour away to get the part and install it. I was wrong. Casey used his dinner break to go get the part and installed it that evening. He sent several photos and updates throughout the process, which was super helpful. While we were back at Disneyland that evening, Casey even dropped the phone off with the front desk of our hotel after he closed down the store!!!! I haven't had this good of customer service experience in years. On top of this, Casey even gave us a price break on screen protectors and a new case for my airpods. The store is in a good location and is stocked with all sorts of cases, accessories and anything you could want for your phone. I can't recommend CaseMac highly enough. Thanks again, Casey!!“
