“For years, I wanted to get my eyebrows done, but I could never bring myself to commit. I actually booked appointments with two different artists over the span of several years, but I ended up canceling both. One of my biggest hesitations with permanent brows was that I could only ever find before-and-after photos. I wanted to know what they looked like years later because that's what you actually live with. When I visited Francesca's Instagram page, one of the very first things I noticed was that she showcased healed brows years later—not just fresh results. That immediately caught my attention and gave me the confidence to reach out.
From our very first conversation, Francesca was incredibly patient. She took the time to answer every question, explain the entire process, and educate me on what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt informed, safe, and completely comfortable moving forward. That level of trust is priceless when you're making a semi-permanent change to your face.
I absolutely loved my brows after my first appointment. About six weeks later, I returned so we could evaluate how they had healed and make any necessary refinements. My final follow-up completed the process, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results.
While permanent brows aren't meant to completely replace makeup, they've made my mornings so much easier. I can literally wake up and go. My brows always look polished, and it saves me so much time every day.
One thing that really amazed me was Francesca's artistry. Before finding her, I had watched countless videos of artists using measuring tools, rulers, strings, and calipers to map out brows. Francesca didn't use any of those. She mapped everything freehand with incredible precision, then showed me the design and made sure I loved it before beginning. Watching her work was truly impressive. She's a natural artist, and knowing she trained in Italy made perfect sense after seeing her talent firsthand.
Beyond her incredible skill, Francesca is genuinely one of the sweetest people you'll meet. Her knowledge, expertise, and calm confidence immediately put me at ease. At no point did I ever question her methods because she took the time to explain everything and made me feel heard throughout the entire process.
