Both made sure to explain importance of monthly filter cleaning and made sure I was comfortable removing and replacing them. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is well taken care of...we will be using Mountain Air to keep our home cool in the summer and warm in the winter!“
