“What a pleasant surprise to find a HVAC company with integrity and great customer service. I had a mini split system installed by another company but unfortunately the gentleman had a family emergency and had to travel to the mid- west. Mike was willing to help me out to finish the job. He was very thorough in making sure the system was ready for start-up. He found some issues and corrected them in a timely and professional manner. He was on time and updated me by phone on his status to arrive at my home. His rates are very reasonable and he doesn’t “pad” the bill with hidden costs, everything was explained up-front to me in layman terms. Mike and Justin were the exception in today’s world that is filled with people that would rather take advantage of a customer in a tight spot rather than just provide quality service at a reasonable price”
