“We should have written this review a couple of years ago, but with the temperature today near 100 degrees in Cameron Park (and we are nice and cool inside) we are reminded how incredibly grateful we are for the work done by Dathan and his extraordinary team. When our A/C broke during a heat wave, Dathan came promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed for the repair, and kept us informed until the part was delivered and installed. Dathan’s customer service is a rare find in today’s contracting industry.

They were professional, responsive, and great at what they do. On our second project with Alexander Heating & Air Conditioning, they were clear in explaining how they would install zoned areas in our existing HVAC system to evenly heat and cool our home. They also installed a whole house fan. Due to their professionalism and expert knowledge, we have enjoyed 2 years of comfortable temperatures in our home.
