“We had Expert Carpet Care come out and clean our carpets which were overdue for it. Our neighbors used them and we both purchased our carpets from the same store. They were one of the companies recommended. Our technician Hayden arrived on time. He measured and gave us the price. We felt it was a fair price and he immediately started vacuuming the areas. He came personally to my studio and spent a lot of time explaining my options, and was clearly very concerned with doing the best job possible. Darryl on the other hand showed me options that were close to what I was looking for and let me browse, without making me feel like I needed to buy something at that moment. Tile Hut has a large selection as well, and very organized. I ended up going with Darryl's tile option that he had. Great prices, and very quick wait time. We knew that under the carpet we had cracks and would need to be repaired as well as tile installation.
