I have gotten a few quotes for LVPs to change out wood flooring that has been damaged by an unknown water leak. The other quotes I got were not straightforward, use this not include that etc. Oscar's quote was a good price which included everything so I can go on cruise control and still have my say. He even gave me a discount. I thought with the price included he would give me cheap planks and few choices to choose from, but he actually gave me good quality planks and I found a pattern I really liked. Armando and another Armando were clean and did a good job epoxy sealing the entire floor, and silicone sealing around the area of the leak. I asked them to stay only in the work area with no bathroom access due to my immuno compromised 89 yr old mom, and they did. The vinyl turned out really nice! Good job! I'm very happy with my new floor.
