I informed owner I needed aesthetically pleasing and functional solution. He quickly suggested zebra shades, and provided me with catalog of physical samples and even provided color suggestions. “I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.“

“Was surprised to find some levelers here, used to only getting them from home depot but can get a lot cheaper here. The leveler flowed well, primer dried normally, and would definitely stop by for more in the future.“

“What a great company. I went to 7-8 cabinet stores in the City of Industry area. There was only one other store that had prices comparable to OC home flooring. Most of the other stores were several hundred dollars more. But the difference for me was how nice the people were at OC home flooring. No pressure sales . Gave me a quote , was willing to work with me on various options, and just overall nice people. They even gave me a demonstration on how to assemble the cabinet.
