I love Dr. Mattai, but the front office has gone downhill. They do not answer their calls. They do not call back in a timely manner. They have left me in the exam room, and forgot about me more than once. They are unfriendly. I don't know what happened to the quality of care here.
Couldn't have been better. New patient after my doc retired. I don't know what was causing all the bad reviews lately but I didn't see it. I did notice that they are heavily dependent on technology. Get used to it.
Good care Dr. Hetumuni 5 stars ! The parking situation outside is horrible with people trying to fight and argue over parking spots including handicapped . A dangerous scenario.Take free medical transportation if you are unsure about safety.
