“It's difficult to find great repair people who know what they are doing and provide excellent value. I was a little hesitant to hire "Harry the Handyman" just because of the name. But I guess you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I had a wall heater that had been not working properly for many years. Gas company even came to check out and thought it must have had the problem when it was installed eons ago. I gave Harry a call on a Friday and we scheduled an appointment for Monday. To be honest it didn't start off great because the time kept getting pushed back but it had started raining and he was on the other side of town- these things happen. So it's understandable that there might be delays. When Harry showed up he got right to the job- he knew what he was looking for and fixed the problem that had been plaguing this wall heater for years. It took less than 15 minutes. Others were quoting a price of $2000 to install a new one. This wall heater is in a rental apt. When the long time tenant, who had stopped using the wall heater because of the problem, heard the wall heater startup without sounding like it was going to blow out the windows, he said, 'I've never heard that before.' It was a soft sounding ignite. Harry had fixed the problem, making the tenant and owner happy at a very good price. This is one of those business cards you keep!“

“It was around 10:30pm and I called a few 24hr. service electricians and they both said they'll only service unless its an emergency. Well, that defeats the purpose of being a 24hr service. So I find KTB and spoke with Tony. Right away I already had good vibes when explaining my situation. He was at the house within 20 mins, got all his equipment out his truck and got the job done. When i was trying to change the light bulb the brackets loosened and just dangled. It's above the bed so I didn't want to take the chance. Tony is a great guy, easy to talk to, humble and definitely knows his stuff. I will no doubt not only call Tony if I have an electrical problem but for other fixes too. For being late at night, he gave me a very reasonable price. Thanks Tony!“
