Having Justin come to your house to fix something feels like having a neighbor lending a hand, except he's experienced, skilled, and knows what he's doing! I hired him to patch holes in my plaster wall, he did it in an afternoon including painting. I was so impressed I asked him to come again to mount my television on the newly cleaned up wall. Another homerun. He just left after putting up window treatments; everything level and operating without issue. There are so many small things around the house I want to do but I don't feel confident handling it myself, or don't want to learn on the job and end up paying twice or three times to fix my mistakes. He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. “Arthur fantastic! A modern day MacGyver. I hired Arthur to install a 30-lb chandelier and 8 LED recessed lights. We ran into electrical issues with both. While these were out of scope of the project, Arthur was determined to complete the job and complete it correctly. He fixed the electrical issue with the chandelier, and replaced the housing / cans for the recessed lights. He even went to Home Depot with me to select them and asked the associates there to give me a discount as well. Arthur has redefined customer services.
