“Richard and his son came immediately when we called. It was last minute, and a Saturday! My mother’s drains were clogged and their toilets and showers were not working. Right before a big, family birthday party! RHS saved the day. They were the ultimate in professionalism, they were EXPERTS, and knew exactly what we needed. My mom’s drains were fixed so quickly that our heads were spinning. They even trimmed back one of our overgrown shrubs to get to the clean out!! RHS went above and beyond. “American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. “This company is awesome. Had a leak from shower to other side and everyone kept telling me it was the shower pan leaking but later found out it was a prior bad tile job. I was able to have it checked out within days and Dennis was able to send it into the office for a quote. Ana from the office gave me an estimate and I was able to get it done within a week. Constant communication with Ana at the office and Dennis and Bekhan were always there on time. They did great work and also helped me out with picking out tiles to replace. Will be using them again and highly recommend!“

“Mr. Wang was a true professional. I reached out to him last weekend for an appointment today. He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. All the work and then some was completed at the reasonable rate he had quoted me during our first communication. He does not bait and switch nor upsell. Thank you Mr Wang!“

So far he has rebuilt and painted 2 walls that were damaged during demo that others did. He put together and installed 2 bathroom base cabinets and baseboards that look great. He installed an air conditioner in a sliding window. I am very pleased with the work Edwin has done and I have more for him to do.“
