“I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I honestly wasn't expecting much. I was blown away by how kind, professional and organized they are. My dad passed away in San Antonio , Texas and my family wanted to have his funeral out here. Monica was amazing and on top of everything. The process took a little longer because he had to be flown out on an airplane and only certain airplanes do that. Monica went over and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. She was constantly reaching out to me to let me know when he got to the airport, was flown out, and when they picked him up. She was amazing. Extremely professional and organized. Like I said I was not expecting much but everyone I dealt with there was kind and professional. The prices are great too. I have already mentioned this place to friends and family. I am very satisfied with how they handled everything. The only problem I encountered was our fault. They said we could use the place til 1pm because the next family would be coming in at 2pm. We ended the service at 1pm but my family didn't want to leave so I kinda told them we have to. Short story if they tell you another family is coming in at 2 then you might want to end at 12. But that was my fault not the mortuaries. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this place and the service they provided. I definitely recommend it.“

“This is the 2nd time my family has used Agape for funeral services. I cannot speak for the first time as it was almost 15 years ago. However, I can certainly speak for the most recent services. My mother has always planned ahead, and purchased services in the event she passed. When she passed, I contacted the funeral home and worked with Dulce to start the process. From the start, Dulce was very professional. She explained everything in detail, did not add extras to anything, she listened and took her time in everything. Because my mom wanted to be buried in El Salvador, the paperwork between the US and ES sometimes take up to a month to process. I wanted my mom to be rest assured soon as possible. I asked Dulce if they would expedite the process, but she explained that a lot of times, it’s the paperwork between the county and hospital that takes their time. She assigned us to Laura, the coordinator who would help with arranging everything. I don’t know how they did it, but I was able to have a viewing for my mother and fly her body to El Salvador within two weeks of her passing. They went above and beyond to meet my requests. They answered promptly and were available whenever I had questions. My mom never wore makeup, so when I first saw her, her skin looked beautiful and natural just like she was. Laura worked directly with the funeral home in ES, and my involvement was minimal. Dulce and Laura, thank you! Thank you for honoring my mother, Ana Salinas. I highly, highly suggest this funeral home services.“

“This is my second time going to visit this cemetery, it's so peaceful and it's old but it definitely has character. After the rain everything is so green and full.. love looking at the tombstone and reading the history of some of the people buried there, very interesting. Some of the gravestones are damaged but they look like they are trying to restore most of them“
