My broker informed me the value of my mother's plot to be sold ( she passed away) was $12,000 but I listed it for $6,200 2 or 3 years ago. My mother originally purchased it from her friend who needed the money for $2000 around 20 years ago. It has appreciated a lot. In April 2025 Plot broker send me a check for $6200.
