I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “This place is so close to the house I decided to give it a try. Didn't even wait an hour so came at a good time (after 5pm on a Tues). The receptionist was polite and told me what to do. It's really nice inside so don't let the outside fool you. The MA/nurse who took me back was very nice and listened to what i said and had a sense of humor too! I was seen by the doctor VERY quickly who was super cool. She eased all my concerns and answered my questions and gave me advice. Unfortunately i didnt catch her name. She made time for me instead of brushing me off. And the next day when I needed my visit notes faxed to my PCP the person did it immediately while I was on the phone! I would definitely come here again. Minimal parking because its on a busy street but clean bathrooms!“

This is a review for Dr. Kazuto Augustus. I have been seeing Dr. Augustus for 18 months. Dr. Augustus has been consistently kind, caring, and respectful throughout our interactions. In addition, Dr. Augustus has been affable and a very good listener during my visits, and makes you feel comfortable and attended to. How often can you say that about a physician, much less a specialist? My foot needs are somewhat unique, and Dr. Augustus took many variables into account before recommending a treatment for my diabetic neuropathy that I had never heard of (Qutenza). He seems to be expert and knowledgeable. The treatment has been quite successful so far, although there are several months to go. At West Coast Foot and Ankle (Long Beach Office) the staff have been serious but polite and efficient. There was one time when the ball got dropped in communication with the specialty pharmacy, but that quickly got fixed. Overall two thumbs up.“

“Well today October 4/24 I went to the clinic for the first time I visited it at 2:30 I arrived at 1 and in the paperwork that I had to fill out at 1:15 pm they put me in and two girls came in I didn't ask if they were doctors or nurses, but they were very friendly, very professional, they took the vital signs, they did everything they had to do, they wrote the name of my medications, they asked me for the name of the pharmacy where I would like to receive my medication, and they gave me what I needed. I do recommend This clinic is quite good because they treated me very well and above all they told me when there are fewer people. They treated me very well. Yes, I recommend it 100%.“
