I am so happy I discovered SCMC . The staff is amazing, kind and helpful. And Dr. Garcia was very kind and he actually listened and took his time. Analizeth, from my experience, is always patient, always punctual, and has taught me COPING TOOLS, new coping skills to me, that i ACTUALLY have incorporated that help during troublesome times, whereas, some of the 'traditional' coping skills were not practical nor effective in my personal case.
We have created a crisis prevention plan, discuss the triangle of emotions, actions, and behaviors, implemented an activity monitoring worksheet, implemented color therapy and several other techniques.
