Hannah is incredible! I had some stylish cheapy cute frames that broke. I ordered another pair and went to Uber Eyes literally in pieces, Hannah did her thing AND the cost was minimal!
I love this store. The store is clean and modern, and they have a wide selection of beautiful eyeglasses to choose from that are suitable for different face types. Dr Xiao and everyone on the team are a delight to work with.
I've been going to Dr. Xiao for 10+ years now and even though we've moved away, we still come back to her. Office is clean & convenient in Palo Alto. Small parking lot in the back & convenient ATM nearby as well. Dr. Xiao is very thorough and professional and now my husband also moved to get his service here as well! 10/10
