Great independently owned local business. They scheduled me for the next day and I was in and out in 45 minutes with a new contact prescription. A very pleasant experience. Lisa is very nice and lovely to talk to.

Dr. Berkowitz gave a very thorough eye exam. She did not make me wait at all, and I was in and out of her office very quickly. The office is small, but it is very "one-on-one" and a lot of attention was given to the health of my eyes.

Wow.. I have been going to Dr. Lisa since I was 12 years old!! I went from having glasses to contacts because I was a junior competitive tennis player and Dr. Lisa taught me how to put contacts on!! I'm 38 now! I have lived all over the Bay Area and I STILL go back to her. There were a few times I had gone to other eye doctors closer to my place of residence, I still chose to go back to Dr. Lisa. Why? Because of her customer service, professionalism, she's efficient, I feel GOOD when I go see her, and that's an important feeling to have.
