The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the nursing staff, everyone made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. They were attentive to my needs and maintained excellent communication throughout my journey.

I want to give a special shout out to Christy, the OR nurse - she was absolutely amazing! Christy was so patient and thorough, going through all the pre-operative instructions line by line as if I was her only patient that day. She took her time with me, never rushed, and made me feel completely at ease during what could have been a stressful time. Her caring approach and attention to detail really stood out.

“Krystal knows her stuff. ?She analyzed my skin to perfection. She suggested different topical for it and we decided on a laser to help certain pigment and saghing issues I developed on my neck. The results were amazing and I am over the moon.
