I love visiting LaserAway Palo Alto. I was a little hesitant at first as a male walking into a laser hair removal clinic but Gigi made me feel welcome from the very beginning and continues to check in and make sure I’m happy and satisfied.
Feroza was my specialist and she just has very good bedside manners and care and makes sure the machine is dialed in. She first verbally checked with me to see how strong of treatment I thought I could take, then assessed my skin and actually used two different settings for my two toned skin, and then periodically checked in throughout to make sure I was still ok. That level of attention to detail and care is what I appreciate!
What an amazing experience at LaserAway PA! This location is by far the best I have ever been to thanks to Gigi, who is a superstar when it comes to customer service, and Vanessa the nurse technician. Looking forward to future visits.
I moved here from the laser away Mountain View and although I love the Mountain View place - it’s just so hard to get an appointment in there. The Palo Alto office is much better and easier to book an appointment. The front desk folks are so nice and welcoming and the nurses are all very kind and knowledgeable. The last treatment I had was with Vanessa and she is so thorough and super nice. I love this place.
