Hands down the best LaserAway in the Bay Area! All of the staff are professional, provide great recommendations and treat you with the utmost respect!The nurse, I think her name was Hana was kind, gentle and informative on what type of injections I should get and why. I will only go back to her! I would have never guessed being poked by needles 20x wouldn't hurt!The manager, Kelli was courteous, engaging and extremely helpful when I needed assistance on understanding the different available procedures.You can tell that the staff are well trained and happy to be there! I had a fantastic experience with this location recently. I had questions regarding the Clear and Brilliant and the gal at the front desk was incredibly informative and kind, providing exceptional service. I appreciated the warm welcome and friendliness! Thanks girls!
