“I love visiting LaserAway Palo Alto. I was a little hesitant at first as a male walking into a laser hair removal clinic but Gigi made me feel welcome from the very beginning and continues to check in and make sure I’m happy and satisfied.
Feroza was my specialist and she just has very good bedside manners and care and makes sure the machine is dialed in. She first verbally checked with me to see how strong of treatment I thought I could take, then assessed my skin and actually used two different settings for my two toned skin, and then periodically checked in throughout to make sure I was still ok. That level of attention to detail and care is what I appreciate!“
