“A wonderful thank you to Care Dimensions and it's fabulous staff of Paula, Josh, Jonathan, Charlene and Theresa who were instrumental in my recovery! In February, I was taken by ambulance to Desert Regional Medical Center after 3 falls, extreme sacroiliac pain, and great blood loss where I remained for 4 days. When I returned home, I was only able to take 1 step from my bed, had a portable toilet next to it and was terrified of how I could get care as I could not drive.
