I am visiting the area and left the filter for my ventilator at home. With the appropriate online rx info, they were willing to provide me with a filter. I was feeling desperate and they came through, even though I am not a regular Lincare customer. Much appreciated.
I know this is cheesy but Lincare truly puts the care in Lincare. I came to this provider as a transfer and was blown away by the individual treatment I was provided. I worked with Angie in CPAP/Respiratory and she helped me through all my options without rushing me in any way and seemed actively interested in my therapy and home life. And even though as a transfer who has been using CPAP already, she made sure I was getting the most out of my therapy. Cannot recommend enough.
Also, their app is top notch!
I want to tell anyone who will listen to me. The help I received from
their staff was outstanding. I met a salesperson Orlando Cancino
and that was the luckiest moment I've had in a long time. He answered all my questions and is the best representative this
company could have. He seemed very knowledgeable of there
product line. Allowing me to feel his confidence with his answers.
