A wonderful thank you to Care Dimensions and it's fabulous staff of Paula, Josh, Jonathan, Charlene and Theresa who were instrumental in my recovery! In February, I was taken by ambulance to Desert Regional Medical Center after 3 falls, extreme sacroiliac pain, and great blood loss where I remained for 4 days. When I returned home, I was only able to take 1 step from my bed, had a portable toilet next to it and was terrified of how I could get care as I could not drive. My great Dr. Marupuru referred Care Dimensions to me and Nurse Theresa came to evaluate and immediately I had 2 visits weekly by Nurse Paula and then physical therapy by Jonathan and Josh, and evaluations...read full review
