I had a service call done today by Frank. One of my multi system units wasn't working correctly. Frank got it up and running again for me in a very short time. He also graciously took out the filters of a unit that's hard for me to reach so I could wash them. He then put them back in for me. That would be nearly impossible for me to get to as it is above a rather large desk. I've never had anything but professional service from Chris and his whole team! Thank you!
