I’m a bit clumsy so I break my phone often but I can always count on this store to ease my worries. Pricing is also extremely fair for the amazing service being done. I can’t help but tip? In other places I’ve been to it is overcharged and my phone always has issues afterwards. Never from this store!

“Geek Squad has improved since the last time I went when they were scrambling to have technicians and no appointment was respected. I had an issue with a laptop, made an appt. on line, went and discovered a better layout and customer service. We got helped right away, they identified the issue, they called an hour later to choose a part and the laptop was ready for pick up the next day. They had to change the hard disk. We did get the membership and it was worth it (hope I won't need it again, but it's a nice peace of mind) because we were told they had to change the battery as well. Unfortunately, they don't carry those (in the past, we had to get them from Fry's close by, but since it closed, we ordered those via Amazon, delayed shipment, not a fan) so we came back after a week to have it replaced. It was ready next day. So, hopefully this will help. We did get the help, some people working here are nice and give you good tips. More improvement overall.“
