This will be my trusted choice when things go wrong with my phone. Now, as far as Asurion goes, it's a mixed bag of frustration and appreciation. Yes, they got me taken care of, BUT it took forever to find the parts to fix my phone at locations around me. Their only other suggestion was that they send me out a phone and I pay an additional $100 for a refurbished phone. Why should the only option be for me to have to pay more if they can't keep their end of the contract.“
