Incredible.. so fair, ethical, helpful! Once I went in and they checked for me if I was covered by Apple. I was and got the service at Apple free ., they could have just taken the job and charged me $500 for the major repair.. they didn’t! Wow. Endlessly grateful!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Had to get a laptop screen replaced after an unfortunate cat incident. Walked right in around 2 PM. They had it ready by 5 PM. Great customer service, and the laptop looks as good as new.
