They connected me with India for four hours and the geek squad rep in India told me that there was something wrong with the app. It wasn't the laptop which I wasn't buying so I went back to the store and explain what was going on to the girl that helped me there in the order in store after she ran her test. She says the laptop is more designed for graphics than for what I need it for not the laptop is a bad laptop is just not for what I was using it for so she recommended a laptop gave me three options and I chose one and it was $385 less than the one that I bought which allowed me money to buy a new printer and still have $150 left over so therefore I'm a happy camper and I would not be a happy camper one for that person in the geek squad at the Porter store and I wish I knew her name five stars zero stars for India.
