Rod is a treasure. He had helped me before, so I called him again when my old dishwasher was failing. Wendy was wonderful, fitting me quickly into his schedule. Experienced and expert, Rod recognized the symptoms, explained the likely cause, and offered options and advice. The problem proved improbably difficult, and he returned more than once without charge. I have an old Wedgewood stove and the oven never worked. I've had a couple guys out over the years to look at it.
