The two Fuse technicians performed two jobs for me: one was to install a Kitchenaid electric downdraft range into hhe middle counter in my kitchen and the other was to repair a gas insert into my fireplace. The technicians did an excellent job especially considering that the range was a very complex task. They were both polite, knowledgeable, tidy, and very ernest about doing it efficiently and they showed great skills in figuring out all the steps along the way so that it was a successful result, and they left me very satisfied.
Unfortunately, Bobby wasn’t able to complete the repair as he needs to order a part. He said he’ll be back in two or three days. I hope the part comes in soon. Thank you.
