“Been bringing my dog here the past two years. Due to his anxiety and active, reactive, playful nature, he didn’t do so well the first half of the year and almost got kicked out. Thankfully, the owner and staff gave us a chance as long as we did some due diligence (put him on meds). We didn’t want to take him to another groomer that he wasn’t already familiar with, so we did our part and always exhaust him before bringing him here. He’s gotten quite comfortable, and would sit calmly in his “throne” in the waiting area for me to pick him up. everyone absolutely loves him. I love when they send over videos and pics of how he was doing. Im grateful to the whole team for not giving up on him, and for treating him so nicely. Price is a little high compared to feedback I’ve heard from other Samoyed owners in Monterey and Bay Area, but I think it is worth it and would recommend them to anyone. there may be a waiting list for large breeds.“
“We recently took Stella, our German Shepherd, to Carmel Groomers and we couldn't be happier with the results! It was Stella's first time getting professionally groomed, so she was a bit nervous. But the staff members were so welcoming and friendly, which really helped calm her down. The staff is incredibly skilled and showed great care and patience with her. They left our pup looking and feeling amazing. We cannot recommend this place enough to anyone in need of top-notch grooming services for their babies. We will definitely be back. Took time to answer allll my questions including watching home to help further diagnose and help determine the next step. From first phone call to front desk to vet. tech to Dr. Bishop, care was AMAZING!!“

“Absolutely fantastic customer service, and even better service for my dog. I use their services often for when I am out of town or need a daycare, and they are fantastic every single time. They really show they care about the animals they work with and will even take time to give my dog a quick bath if she's played too much throughout the day! My dog also always comes home happy and ready for a looong nap after playing all day. Highly recommend their services for any of your pets needs.“
