“I couldn’t be happier with my rescue dog’s first grooming experience! I took my doodle/cockapoo in for a full groom and took him in wearing a muzzle out of concern as he’s fearful of other dogs and people, initially. I was so impressed when I arrived and saw him being held and without the muzzle. He was fully groomed and perfectly calm. I look forward to continuing to take my dog in for his grooming appointments and having him get more comfortable over time.”
“Just moved to Salinas from Charleston SC and had to leave my beloved vet. This place has great reviews so I got an apt for my puppy here. They got me in within a week or so of me calling and I had a great first experience. They were timely and kind and clearly love animals. I didn’t feel like they tried to “sell” me on anything I didn’t want. They gave great advice on when to fix my pup and training tips too.
I will be making appointments for my kitties to come here as well.
EDIT: brought one of my kitties in when he suddenly was using the litter box a LOT more than usual. They were able to fit me in same day. Thankfully Zigzag is ok but they were great about seeing him.
Beverly who is usually who I see up front is an absolute sweetheart. She never rushes people and is always so pleasant and kind. All the staff has been the same way. I feel like I found a great vet and so close to my house.”
“My Mamacita Willow went for the first time a month and a half ago, and I am very pleased with how she came out, Olivia was her groomer. Willow is a scared dog, hates getting her nails cut, won’t let me brush her face, it’s a struggle. Olivia said Willow did amazing and allowed her to groom her and it shows because she came out looking super adorable. I took her back again today someone else groomed her and I missed her name unfortunately but she did a good job as well. Willow was relaxed when letting her cut her nails. The pricing is reasonable and I love how they groom my Mamacita and they’re all so friendly. So we will definitely be going back. Thanks central barks”
