Been bringing my dog here the past two years. Due to his anxiety and active, reactive, playful nature, he didn’t do so well the first half of the year and almost got kicked out. Thankfully, the owner and staff gave us a chance as long as we did some due diligence (put him on meds). We didn’t want to take him to another groomer that he wasn’t already familiar with, so we did our part and always exhaust him before bringing him here. He’s gotten quite comfortable, and would sit calmly in his “throne” in the waiting area for me to pick him up. everyone absolutely loves him. Love Grooms by the Bay! They treat my fur baby with the utmost care. Prior to taking my fur baby Sky here he would hate getting groomed, now he enjoys the whole process. The staff is always very friendly and ready to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I 100% would recommend them to other pet owners. Thank you for always treating Sky with the best care.

Canyon is a person who did a great job here. She has huge knowledge about every breed of dog which is important.she first understand the dog behaviour and then start grooming. She is so friendly with the pets and care them like no one. She guide the dog owner as well. For canyon ?????
