I've heard some negative comments but unlike the place in the Crossroads, my dog doesn't tremble & whimper in fear when we're anywhere near Picture Perfect."Charlie genuinely seems to like the owners, Brother Ben & Lady Laura, & while it might not be the professional cut some demand,, I think my dog looks just fine; thank you very much!So for me, "Picture Perfect" is PERFECT!(Well, almost)

Used to go to suds n scissors. Dog was always terrified to go anywhere near the crossroads. He would tremble uncontrollably & start crying.Doesn't have that problem with Brother Ben & Lady Laura. Sure he would prefer not to get groomed but he no longer freaks out.Other folks can complain bout this n that; I'm just happy dog is happy!

Took 2 dogs a Welch terrier and a Springer Spaniel. What a great job and the price was great. This lady has been grooming dogs for over 30 years and is good. Worth the drive cannot say enough good things We will be back check it out
