“I had to cancel my first appointment because my furnace broke. The company coming to fix it would be coming at the same time as my vet appointment. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of the emergency and urgency to get things back up and working . With my rescheduled appointment, We had a mix-up with my appointment time. They still saw my dog and gave her an ultrasound. When we arrived, the facility was clean. The staff was welcoming. The vet was knowledgeable and sweet to my timid girl. It was her first vet appointment, and I must say it went well. They gave me info on how to care for my dog and when to schedule follow ups. I truly appreciate all the care and support that was given during the appointment.“
