I had to cancel my first appointment because my furnace broke. The company coming to fix it would be coming at the same time as my vet appointment. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of the emergency and urgency to get things back up and working . With my rescheduled appointment, We had a mix-up with my appointment time. They still saw my dog and gave her an ultrasound. When we arrived, the facility was clean. The staff was welcoming. The vet was knowledgeable and sweet to my timid girl. I am so incredibly impressed by this office. It was easy to find and the parking was in front.Lupe came out and greeted us once the office opened. Lupe is so kind with a great smile and kind personality. I enjoyed chatting with her and appreciated her love for animals as it's palpable and admirable. I was thoroughly impressed by the inquisitive way she asked about the puppy. She asked if the dog was eating and potty training successfully as well as her training. I’ve been bringing my dogs here since they were puppies and the staff is always fantastic. We have since moved out of Oxnard but still make the trip out here cause we just can’t find another clinic like this one.
