They send you a “report card” everyday to let you know how your pup is doing and even some photos! It feels good to know that she is safe and get to see a few photos of her having fun with new friends. This last time we also got her groomed and she smelled so good and was so soft. We are so grateful to Dioji for taking such great care of Mimi when we are away.“

The clinic clearly explains at booking that a consultation prepayment is required and that missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged, since they are by appointment only. They also explain these policies ahead of time and are understanding when true emergencies occur. The staff was very kind and did a wonderful job with my puppy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.“
