At 9 years old, she wasn’t the most confident, athletic, or focused, but that began to change the moment she started her journey here.
The team is incredibly patient and supportive. They challenge the kids in a positive, encouraging way, pushing them to grow while teaching resilience and discipline. What I initially thought might be a short term activity has turned into something she’s deeply committed to; nearly four years later, she still loves going to class.
With the guidance and encouragement of the staff, she’s even earned a promotion to the junior instructor group, which was an incredibly proud moment for our family. Along the way, she’s built meaningful friendships and strong relationships with instructors who genuinely care about each child’s growth.
I highly recommend Sasaki’s Kenpo. It’s a truly impactful experience for kids who can benefit from structure, confidence building, and a sense of responsibility. Big thank you to Sifu Michael and the Team.“

He is very knowledgeable and experienced in multiple forms of martial arts. This is the place to be if you want to work hard, work on self defense, destress, and get in shape.“

“My son has been attending Legacy Martial Arts for nearly two years, and the experience has been outstanding. The instructors are professional, patient, and genuinely invested in each student’s growth, both on and off the mat.
Since joining, I’ve seen a tremendous improvement in my son’s confidence, discipline, focus, and physical fitness. The staff does an excellent job of creating a positive and structured environment where kids can learn valuable life skills while having fun.
What stands out most is the sense of community. The instructors take the time to know each student personally and make everyone feel welcome. It’s clear they care about developing character, respect, and perseverance—not just martial arts skills.
I highly recommend Legacy Martial Arts to any parent looking for a program that helps children build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills in a supportive environment. We are very grateful to be part of the Legacy family.“
