The Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu classes are both really fun, and I’ve learned a lot since I started. It’s a good place whether you want to learn self-defense, get in shape, or just pick up a new hobby. Everyone’s friendly and the environment is really welcoming. I’d definitely recommend checking it out.“

I started in the little dragons program for 3-6 year old and I am at the rank were I can help and I actually do help out. I would totally recommend putting you or your child into the studio here. The teachers are amazing off the mat they are my best friends on the mat they are the fun teachers, Grandmaster Cox always there to make sure you don't slack off has always kept me discipled. If I could give 6 stars I would basically my second home with the community.“
