My son was lacking in confidence. He needed a boost in his self esteem. Preteen years are difficult and Legacy Martial Arts helped build his confidence. He’s standing straighter, no longer slouching and feeling defenseless. The classes are dynamic from start to finish. Students are engaged and encouraged to strive to do their best. They learn self defense, life skills and discipline. Mr. Gregory and Mr. Stromseo are talented instructor who are truly committed to our kids success. I highly recommend Legacy Martial Arts. Their programs are for all ages.

I want to take the time to thank Mr Stromsoe and the Legacy team for helping my son and providing a space for him to grow in many ways. What I love about this place is how they instill confidence and provide a space that’s inclusive to children with neurodivergent needs. I am so grateful to the team, especially Mr. Stromsoe who takes extra time to help my son learn and grow.

It is an excellent place, the location, cleanliness and attention are a 10; Dedicated and respectful teachers. And the foundation of discipline, focus and responsibility that they created in my girl is what I was looking for. Totally recommended.
