Just had a horrible experience here with Dr. Saranya Reghunathan. I am waiting for them to call me with an update on my visit. If they do not call, I will be filing a general complaint and a medical malpractice form with the Medical Board of California against Dr. Reghunathan. Her license number is #A 162142. If you have a problem with her in the future., I'd suggest filing a complaint. Doctors like her need to be held accountable.I have a serious condition with my ear that Dr. Reghunathan had zero knowledge or consideration for. THE WORST. They tell you to get there 15 min early and more than 3 times I am waiting over 40 minutes PAST my appointment time. What is the point of of scheduling a time. Their excuse is they are busy but they should learn how to to schedule appropriately so people aren’t spending 2 hours to get seen and leave. Don’t bother with this location and take the drive to Ventura.

Don't bother with this location and take the drive to Ventura. The staff and doctors are always nice but the facts I've been kept waiting almost an hour more than twice is unacceptable. People have other things they need to do.
