“Doctor Fatemi has been my medical doctor for over a decade. And I did a lot of research before I found him and it is quite hard to find comprehensive research to select a family physician. I found very favorable information about him and was able to first select him after interviewing him. I decided to make him my family, doctor and I have never regretted it. He has always been proactive in taking care of my health and making sure I have all my tests. And that all the numbers are correct. And has successfully diagnosed issues and helped me heal and get past the issues every time. He has given me top-notch referrals to excellent ophthalmologist. Urologist etc. I highly recommend doctor Fatemi, and he is a great family physician.“

“My first time being seen here, due to my primary MD unable to see me this week.I called and spoke with Estela. She was kind and professional on the phone. Was able to set up an appointment, with asking appropriate questions. Today was my appointment. The courtyard has a huge Magnolia tree, as their are other professional offices there.Due to the current Covid, they limit the amount of patient, in the office.The office itself was bigger than I expected.Dr Richard Nguyen saw me. He was courteous, thorough, and available for questions.The office staff kept me informed of me being seen while I was outside waiting and contacted me the day before. They offered an online portal, to access medical records which will be helpful.I believe that they have gained a permanent client in me.Being a Registered Nurse, I know what to expect and what not to expect from an office visit. “I was initially apprehensive about my first visit here because I had read some not-so-great reviews. After my appointment, however, I felt compelled to share my own experience. The waiting area, bathrooms, and exam rooms were immaculate. I was greeted by friendly front and back office staff, and the wait time to be seen was minimal.

What I especially want to highlight is my visit with Dr. Jacqueline Shellito. She was patient, warm, and knowledgeable. I’ve had many frustrations—and even traumatic experiences—when seeking care for women’s health issues, and it has been difficult to find a doctor willing to discuss HRT or even acknowledge and explain my peri- and post-menopausal symptoms. While we’re fortunate to have access to information through books, podcasts, and research, it was such a relief to sit with a human being who listened, validated my concerns, and answered my questions. She even asked if there were any other questions she could help with.
