My recent experience was great and it was my first time there. Upon entering there was about a 4 minute wait to check-in at the front desk, which given the amount of people that was understandable. They did advise to be there 20 min earlier than my appointment which I was. In total, I waited about 35min to get called in. Once in the back, I did notice a lot of rooms so I can understand why there is a lot of people. After vitals checked, the provider was there maybe 5 min after so did not take long at all. Dr. Carbonell was professional, informative, and attentive to my concerns. I know the reviews are low, but just wanted to share that in my experience everyone was respectful...read full review
