I must say that uci health hospital neurologists, nephrologists were cancer clinic in various other clinics for different departments. Of medical us assessment, I would recommend anybody and everybody to go to UCLA. I'm a burn survivor and they help me tremendously in my recovery. I had to come here to get an EMG test on the right side of my body for my chronic pain and having a hard time walking. They didn't greet me when I walked in but i signed my name in. It was empty inside, but then someone a little bit later asked if I had been helped. I sat on one of the couches so I can lift my leg up because it was hurting so bad. I got dropped off and then took an uber home because I wasn't sure how much it would hurt after and since I was already in pain I figured it was safer. First they did a simple test then the EMG test with needles. I just gotta tell you it hurt like hell. The nurse that took me back was really sweet and friendly and sort of talked me through the process before the dr came in to do the EMG test. When the dr came in she was nice I couldn't tell if she was being all the way nice or not but she did answer all my questions and told her all my pain and symptoms she made a note for my neurologist. When she first put the needles in my arm it wasn't bad but then she got to my leg and that oh my gosh hurt like hell. I couldn't handle it cause of how bad it hurt. She couldn't do more cause it was too much for me. But she did get enough of a reading she said to send to my neurologist at least. I see a lot of bad reviews for this place, glad I didn't look at them before i went lol. But glad they took me seriously and tried to help me as best as they could and appreciate the kindness of the nurse bringing me a warm blanket since it was so cold in there. I didn't have a bad experience I would come back again. Hopefully they can give me some answers Have a beautiful day, be kind to all your patients. Aloha

    Excellent patient care!

Amalia Rodriquez (EMG Tech) is absolutely wonderful at her job and goes out of her way to make sure that her patients are as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Goyle, MD was a pleasure to work with as well. She treated me with excellent care, compassion & respect.
