Warning! Do not attempt to contact this medical group while standing near an open window, a bridge, or a cliff. How this group is still in business is beyond me. I spent 45 minutes on the phone, only to be transferred to an automated recorded message. This is what I was connected to:

This is the worst hospital in the world !! My wife was in a local hospital in Placentia/Yorba Linda (UCI Health Group) 2 miles from my home. The attending doctor for my wife said he was being told by the medical group Prospect , that she needed to be moved to their (Company Hospital ) Tustin Reginal Medical Center@ 20 miles away because it was cheaper!! The care she received there was more like hospice care instead of active care to help her get better. She was moved there on a Thursday evening and pasted away on the next Sunday.Don't let your loved one be moved there, they will die there!
Horrible, unresponsive, unprofessional customer support that doesn’t work, and they also don’t have any portal or working website to check claim details. Highly disappointed and highly disgusted. Please don’t subscribe to any plan of theirs—it’s a total waste, and you’ll get stuck with them. Everyone be aware. Thank you.
