This is my second review.
Giving one star is way too much.
I had my left leg amputated.
They gave me 3 days of physioterapy to learn how too walk again. And this after more than one month trying to speak with them.
3 days.......
They are clowns which are abusing of all their customers.
Stay away from them.
For 15 months now (and counting), this joke of a group has failed to get me a valid allergist referal! They continue to defy the orders from my doctor, from my insurance, and even from the department of managed healthcare! Service here has been exceptionally abysmal and distressing.
Wish I could give 0 stars, the most unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered. Never in my life have I cried so hard on the phone to prove my humanity to someone in order to get me an urgent referral for an out of network hand surgeon that I needed after a major injury. They gave me the run around for days and did nothing to help me. I would not be surprised if they are involved in multiple delay of care suits, they seem to not understand what “urgent” is. I don’t wish this experience on my worst enemy, no one deserves how inhumane the American Healthcare is to people.
